From “tough” personal trainer to helping businesses beat the £103 billion sick-day crisis, Jack Butler has spent nearly a decade understanding why capable, driven people slowly stop performing and burn out. Now he's showing companies how to close the performance energy gap through a practical, 30-second method that makes employees sharper, more energised and consistently performing at their best.
Jack didn't start out helping businesses as one of the UK's leading productivity experts. He started out training clients out of his garage. But like most trainers of his generation, he was taught that results came from intensity - Push harder, train longer, no excuses. He bought into it completely. So did his clients… for a while.
But he soon realised that overtraining led to fatigue, nagging injuries, and hitting plateaus. That’s when the penny dropped. Most people don’t need a gruelling workout program to feel fit, strong, and productive. They just needed to tweak a few small daily habits.

Nine years ago, Jack Butler walked into a gym with a simple goal. Help people get fit. What followed was nearly a decade working with hundreds of clients, from retirees rebuilding their strength to high-achievers running on empty.
But in early 2026, Jack was invited to speak at Elevate Hub’s Event in London. Standing in front of a room full of burnt-out professionals, he showed them that fixing their energy didn't have to take more than 30 seconds a day.
The response stopped him in his tracks. Dozens and dozens of people queued to hear more from Jack. These weren't people who lacked ambition or drive, but were simply running on empty, and nobody had ever given them a practical way to fix it.
Until now.
That was the moment Jack took his system out of the gym and into the workplace. Since then, he has spoken to workforces across the UK. Companies bring him in because their best people are running on empty. They leave with a set of 30-second daily habits around energy, sleep and nutrition that reduce sick days, sharpen focus and get the best out of their team.
